I have known and worked with Dereck for almost 40 years of my life. He literally was the "best" person anyone could have worked for, not only as a boss but as a dear friend. Ian and I will miss him more than words can say. Everyone who met Dereck loved and respected him, he was a kind, sensitive man and a true gentleman.
