Dereck – you, Sandra and the family have meant a great deal to all of our family ever since we met over 36 years ago. Despite our distance in miles, we have always managed to stay in touch and it has never diminished our friendship. We have loved you for your sense of humour, your honesty and integrity, kindness and thoughtfulness towards others, and we admire you for the great courage you have shown throughout your illness. We have many happy memories, and will never forget you.
